I now have the net but only at school, went to the bar to use it last night but it was closed.
We didnt get a phone because the sim card wont fit our english phone so we will have to buy one when we get paid.
At school today to meet the students, start properly tomorrow. Im not teaching kindergarten now either, one teacher couldnt come to china in time so they were one short in the primary school. I had to have an interview yesterday with the head teacher and he chose me to take her place, even though I have the least experience! Got woken up at half 8 and had to start without any warning, looked like a right mess. However ive been called beautiful and cute several times haha so im teaching grade 2, which are 8year olds, this means they know a fair bit of english already. I have 3 lessons tomorrow, 2 which I assist the chinese teacher (Barry) and 1 were I lead the lesson and Barry assists me, still no idea what im meant to teach! It also means I will be getting paid around 250pounds more!!
I get to go home now for three hours and then back to meet the full class, so at least I can shower and come back looking a little more awake!
Im going to go into the town early evening (midday to you) to try and find some wifi, dont know how long it will take them to set it up in my room.
The rain has stopped but its still cloudy and warrrm and ive been bitten to death by the mozzies!
